WALTON, HELEN — Helen Walton, widow of Gale Walton, suffered a fatal heart attack on Oct. 28, 1995.
Even though she had resided in Portland, Ore., for a number of years, she still considered Geneva home.
The Walton family has deep roots in Geneva history. Their cultural and business accomplishments will be remembered by many. Helen had enjoyed good health through her retirement until her last brief hospitalization.
Survivors include a daughter, a brother, and a sister.
Memorial graveside services will be held at the Geneva Cemetery later this week.
