Survivors include his wife, Lillian, of Dodge, daughters Marlene (Robert) Rolf of Dodge, Rita (Tim) Hunke of West Point and Janice (Ron) Parolek of Clarkson, sons David (LuAnn), Richard (Marlyce), Robert, and Don (Lori) all of Dodge, sisters, Josephine Kampschneider of Dodge, Caroline Kampschneider of West Point, Catherine Franzluebbers of Hayden, Idaho, Ann Steffensmeier of Howells, Sr. Georgiana Franzluebbers, OSF, and Sr. Frances Franzluebbers, OSF, both of Colorado Springs, CO and Rose Gentrup of West Point, 18 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Ferdinand, Herman, and John, and a son, Melvin, in February of 1979.
