MRS. MILTON ANGSTROM

Mrs. Milton Angstrom, 74, longtime Hamilton County resident, died yesterday morning at the Methodist hospital in Rochester, Minn. She had been in ill health the past four months.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Foster Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Hawkins officiating and with burial in the South Marion Cemetery near Stratford.

Friends may call at the Foster Funeral Home after 3 p.m. Thursday.

Bertha J. Havinga, daughter of John and Myrtie Smith Havinga, was born Feb. 21, 1907 at Kamrar where she was reared and educated.

She was married March 30, 1929, to Milton V. Angstrom at Stratford and the couple farmed near Stratford until 1955 when they moved to Webster City.

She is survived by two daughters, Ardys and Kay Angstrom, both of Webster City; one sister, Mrs. Sarah Heyer of Webster City; two sisters-in-law, Mabel Westrum of Stratford and Lena Havinga of Webster City; a brother-in-law, George Rust of Webster City, and also several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jan. 5, 1982; two brothers and four sisters.

She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Webster City.
