Funeral services are pending at West Funeral Home for Adela Sanchez Dominguez, 69, 704 Hueco St., who died Wednesday in Carlsbad.
She was born and raised in Ruidoso, Texas and moved to Carlsbad in 1942. She was a member of San Jose Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Manuel; three daughters, Bertha D. Najera, Virginia D. Valenzuela and Mary Helen Dominguez, all of Carlsbad; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Rosary services will be said for Adela S. Dominguez, 69, todat at 7:30 p.m. in West Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in San Jose Catholic Church with the Rev. Alcuin Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Manuel Najera, Richard Najea, Joe Najera, David Najera, Lauro Artega and Manuel Alvarez.
