Anna Pearl Baker, the fourth child of Arthur and Molly Baker, was born on December 8, 1901. She married Meda Scott on November 19, 1925. They had one son, Samuel Lee Scott, who was born on December 20, 1927. Anna died on April 12, 1984 and is buried in the Lizton K. of P. Cemetery.

Anna P. Scott, 82, Lizton, died Thursday, April 12, in Danville. Born in Hendricks County, December 8, 1901, she was the daughter of Arthur M. and Mary E. (May) Baker. She married Meda Scott November 18, 1925 and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Scott was a member of the New Brunswick Church of Christ and attended school in Union Township.

Services were Saturday, April 14, in the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown. Rev. Jim Dawes officiated and burial was in the Lizton K. of P. Cemetery.

Surviving are a son, Samuel L. Scott, Lizton; two granddaughters: Brenda Zwilling, Lizton, and Karen McKinzie, Pittsboro; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Gertrude Hines, Lizton. Two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
