two brothers, James Kiykendall, Livingston, Herbert Kuykendall, Huntsville, Alabama, three sisters, Mrs. Edith
Ledbetter, Knoxville, Mrs. Lorene Hire, Franklin, Kentucky, Lucille Kuykendall, Kingston.
Burial was in Crest Lawn Cemetery.
