Washington, Md., sons, Dennis (Jane) Richmond, Noblesville, Scott (Linda) Richmond, Churubusco, David (Jane) Richmond, Goshen, James (Terresa) Richmond, Mishawaka, Matthew Richmond, West Virginia, Donald Richmond, Wakarusa, 19 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and brother, John Richmond, Murfreesboro, Tenn.
Preceding him in death are a daughter, Vicki Oglesby and sisters, Allegra Richmond and Kathryn Eby.
Mr. Richmond was a 1939 graduate of Nappanee High School and Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Trade School. He was a Veteran of WW II serving in the U.S. Army in Field Artillery, discharged in Dec. 1945. He worked in Home Appliance Repair.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thurs. Dec. 30, 2010 at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret-Lienhart Funeral Home, Wakarusa, where the service will be at 1 p.m. Fri. Dec. 31, 2010. Pastor David Harper will officiate and burial will be in South Union Cemetery, Nappanee. Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association or the United Cancer Services of Elkhart County.
