Bowen Aylsworth was the son of Job and Sarah (Aylsworth) Aylsworth. He was the husband of Hannah (Perry) Aylsworth. Hannah died April 21, 1866. Bowen was a steward, class leader and trustee in the Methodist Episcopal Church. He also helped with the construction of Victoria College.
