Mrs. Annie
Vines Dies

Mrs. Annie Alice Vines, 75, native of Big Spring, died in a local hospital at 12:40 a.m. Saturday, following an illness of 14 months. She was born in Big Spring Aug. 1, 1889. She was married to Charles Vines April 18, 1910, who died in September, 1957.
Mrs. Vines was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, the Immaculate Heart of Mary Altar Society and GIA.
Rosary will be held at 7:30 p.m. today at the Nalley-Pickle Rosewood chapel. Requiem Mass will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. The Rev. Francis Beasley, rector, will officiate. Burial will be in Big Spring City Cemetery under the direction of Nalley-Pickle Funeral Home.
Survivors are two sons, Charles Vines, San Bernardino, Calif., James Vines, Big Spring; three daughters, Mrs. K. R. Price, West Lake, La., Mrs. R. D. Hatch, Aransas Pass, and Mrs. Barney McCoy, Kansas City, Mo.; a brother, J. J. Barry, Big Spring; Big Spring; two sisters, Mrs. Rudolph Allen and Mrs. James Decker, Roswell, N.M.; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jim Reidy, John Quigley, Tom Conway, Charles Willbanks, Ed Settles, Harry Jordan, Chon Rodriquez, Berl McNallen. All friends will be honorary pallbearers.
