From The Belle Fourche Bee, page 8 - 1 March 1929: Mrs Harry Chandler of Alzada MT passed away in this city Monday 25 Feb 1929, death being due to an extended illness from cancer. Henryetta Gillespie was born 10 May 1891 at Alzada MT, being 37 years, 8 months and 15 days old at the time of her demise. When but 3 years old she suffered the loss of both her parents, and was taken to Bentonville AR, where she made her home with Dr Wyette. At the age of 8 she became a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church of which she was a follower through life. She was united in marriage to Harry Chandler in 1906 and to this union two children were born: Clara, age 16, and Thomas, age 15, who survive her. In 1916 she returned to Montana, making her home with her brother, Thomas L Gillespie, near Albion MT. She is also survived by two brothers: Thomas L Gillespie of Albion MT and Lfe Gillespie of Alzada MT. Other near relatives were two aunts: Mrs C M Watts and Mrs Myron Westland, and one uncle, John Motz, all of Alzada...Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday afternoon at 3 from the Alzada Church with Rev J S Kerr, pastor of the Belle Fourche Methodist Church, officiating...Interment took place in the Alzada Cemetery.
