Lafayette Rt. 11, three miles southwest of Stockwell, after an illness of three years. A native of Tippecanoe county, Mrs. Metzger had resided at the Lafayette Rt., 11, farm for 11 years. She was a member of Stockwell Methodist church and was married in 1919 at Colburn to Emerson Metzger. Surviving with the husband are two daughters, Mrs. Leona Neidigh of Newark, Del., and Mrs. Minnie Yundt, of Lafayette Rt. 6; five sons, Leo of Anderson, Donald of Stockwell, Harold of Monticello, Charles, at home, and Paul stationed with the Army in Germany; two brothers, Edward Fosnock of Rossville Rt., 1, and Frank Fosnock of near Frankfort, and two sisters, Miss Bessie A. Fosnock and Espanoia, N. M. and Miss Dora Fosnock of Delphi RR 1.
