Clara Luellen Woods, 83, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, Dec. 24, 2010, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Woods was born Nov. 16, 1927, in Elk City, Okla. She was a homemaker and a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her husband, William 'Bill' Woods. Survivors include two daughters, Jean Clark of Fouke, Ark., and Wanda Sanders of Queen City, Texas; two sons, Charles Higgins of Fouke and Raymond Higgins of Romance, Ark.; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
