Nancy was the daughter of W.H. Woolery and Mary Schultz. She was the wife of Benjamin Franklin Emmons.

Mrs. Nancy Emmons, 67, died at her home 1701 South Jefferson
Street Tuesday after a long illness Mrs. Emmons came to this city 10 years ago. She was born in Callaway county and resided for years near Ashland in Boone county. Her husband, Ben P. Emmons conducts a gasoline filling station on Highway 54 near the city limits.

She was the mother of five children all of whom preceded her in death. A daughter-in-law and five grandchildren along with the husband survive. Burial will be at Guthrie.
