Mrs. Clennie W. Barkalow, 67, a resident of 522 E. Broad St., Cookeville, died Monday morning in the Vanderbilt Hospital, Nashville. She was the daughter of the late William R. and Nancy Minnie Kirby Wheeler, and was born Sept. 9, 1911, in Jackson County.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 27, from the Chapel of Hooper and Huddleston Funeral Home at 10 a.m. with Rev. Roy J. West officiating. Burial will be in the Crest Lawn Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Barkalow of Cookeville; two sisters, Mrs. Don Wall of Cookeville and Mrs. Mattie Bager of Dayton, OH; four brothers, D. C. Wheeler, D. V. Wheeler and Louis Wheeler of Bloomington Springs.
