CHRISTINA ROSS, 50, of Wayne, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on April 2, 2009, at St. Mary's Medical Center, after a long and courageous battle with her illness. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Sunday, April 5, 2009, at Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne, with Pastor Michael Dillon and Brother Danny Damron officiating. Burial will follow at Community Memorial Gardens, Wayne. Born October 1, 1958, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Ethel Tomblin Watts. Also preceding her in death were two sisters, Sheila Berry and Janice Bias. She was a member of the Lick Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Ronald L. Ross; two sons, Jarred Ronald Ross of Wayne, and Sgt. Joshua Lee Ross and wife Katie ofS Clarksville, Tenn., who has just returned from his second tour of duty in Afghanistan; granddaughter Trinity whom Christina called "T.T."; two sisters, Fern Nelson and husband Randy, and Penny Watts, all of Wayne; four brothers, Mike Watts and wife Teresa of Wayne, Jackie Watts and wife Barbara of East Lynn, W.Va., Eddie Watts and wife Jodee of New Paris, Ohio, Coy Watts and wife Joanne of Lexington, Ky.; and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Tina was a loving and giving mother who loved her husband, boys and T.T. so much. She will be missed and loved by her family and friends until we meet in Heaven. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
