John Allen Casey, age 58, died at his home in the eastern part of the county, Sunday night, Oct. 29. He leaves the widow Mary Ann Casey and two daughters Clara B. and Ella May Casey, besides other relatives and a host of friends, to mourn his departure. Funeral services were conducted at the residence Monday, Oct. 31, at 1 o'clock with the Rev. Pruitt officiating, with burial in the Sparta cemetery under the direction of the Sparta Undertaking company, Otto Rathbun and T.B. Chaffin.
