James Arthur "Buddy" Bostic lost his life at the age of 11 years 10 months. He was run over by an automobile while on his way to his grandmother Mary Bostic's home in New Market, on Blyth Road. He was a student at Ninety Six Elementary School.
The family lived near Lake Greenwood in Ninety Six, SC in 1947.
