Juventina came from Mexico to the U.S. with her parents. In 1917 she married Fernando Villalobos from Zacatecas, Mexico in Michigan, USA and honeymooned at Lake Superior.

Her mother was Sra. Ramona Rico who was an English teacher of Mexican emigrants who died in 1926 in Manley, Iowa as a result of gunshot wounds received while being robbed at home.

Fernando Villalobos worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad as a rail engineer. He was a very creative person who built a model train which was displayed at the Orange Show at the San Bernardino county fair.

Juventina and Fernando raised the following children in San Bernardino:

Josefina "Josie" Villalobos married Fred Montanez.
Fernando Villalobos married Martha from New Mexico
Jesus Villalobos was never married
Carmen Villalobos married 1) Andy Perez & 2) Mr. McCormick
Consuelo "Chelo" Villalobos married Joseph Ladd
Catalina "Kate" Consuelo Villalobos married Ismael "Mayo" Hernandez.
Victoria Villalobos died in infancy
Sophia Villalobos died in infancy
