STEPHEN ALLARD
CARTERVILLE, MO. - Stephen Van Ensley Allard, 28, 213 North Washington was announced dead on arrival at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Freeman Hospital, Joplin, following an apparent heart attack.
Born Febuary 13, 1943 in Wichita, Kansas, Mr. Allard had resided in Carterville most of his life. He attended Joplin Senior High School, Drury College, Springfield, and Brandeis University, Waltham, Massachusetts.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Kay Allard, of the home and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Edna Allard, of the home.
Graveside services were held under the direction of Mason Chapel, Joplin, MO
The Rev. Alfred Jenkins officiated.
