Dangling from a rope and with a bullet hole in his head the body of Burns Turflinger was found this afternoon hanging from the rafters in the barn on the Turflinger farm, south of the county farm. Young Turflinger was a son of Thomas Turflinger, formerly superintendent of the county farm, and was 25 years of age.
Mr. Turflinger left a note explaining that ill health was the cause of his act, and expressed his only regret for his act being that he was leaving his mother.
