Faye Marie Whittecar was born June 1, 1907, at Laredo, Missouri, and lived most of her life in Salina. She died January 26, 1990, at St. John's Hospital.
Mrs. Whittecar was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by daughters, Mary Ann Yent in 1950, and Gladys Bolby in 1962.
Survivors included her husband, Harry; five daughters, Millie Manns, Marjorie Sheets, Wanda Ferry, Barbara "Jerry" Franco and Shirley Kimbrel; and a son, Roger; 24 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
