Haskell F. Jones, the president of the Arrow Transfer Co., died yesterday morning in a local hospital. Mr. Jones lived at 28 S. Germantown Rd., Brainerd.


Mr. Jones was a member of the Brainerd Church.


He was for some time with Tennessee Electric Power Co. and later Sears, Roebuck & Co. before going with Arrow.


Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ida D. Jones; daughter Mrs. Charles L. Woy [Mary Ida Jones], Chattanooga; brother Everette Jones, Macon, Miss; five sisters; Mrs. Roy Grimsley, Mrs. Julia Ferry, Mrs. Vida Stutz, Knoxville; Mrs. Mary Cloud, Laurel, Miss.; Mrs. Lula Manley, Richmond, Va.


Funeral services will be held Saturaday at 1:30 p.m. at the Nathan Funeral home with Dr. John A Huff and the Rev. C.A. Dabney officiating.


Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
