Lloyd Badgley, 20-year-old Clemons company logger, died today from injuries suffered Monday when he was struck by a flying choker while at work.
The line hit him in the chest crushing it and inflicting server internal injuries, which were complicated by shock. He died at a local hospital.
He had resided at route 2, box 111, Elma. His survivors are not known immediately. The body is at Whiteside's and will be sent to Elma for funeral services.
Funeral Notice
Services for Lloyd Badgley, 20, Elma logger who died yesterday of injuries suffered in a woods accident, will be at 1:30 Saturday afternoon at the Whiteside chapel in Elma with Rev. Caldwell of McCleary officiating and interment art the I. O. O. F. cemetery. He was born in Elma, July 2, 1921. He is survived by mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Badgley, Elma; two brothers, Dan of Seattle and Byron, Elma; Three sisters, Mrs. Emil Bastendorff in Oregon and Elva and Wanda Badgley, Elma
