Mrs. Twiner, 83, died Oct. 2, 2000, at her residence. She was born in Franklin County on July 7, 1917, to Thomas Cloy and Elizabeth Murray Cloy.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of Bunkley Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents, four brothers, and two sisters.
Survivors are her husband, A. J. Twiner of Meadville; her son, Charles Twiner of Meadville; her daughters, Betty Jo Bedford, Gail Arnold and Charlotte Chance, all of Meadville, Jannette Dykes of Smithdale and Patricia Griffin of Jackson; 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

MEADVILLE - Services for Maxine Cloy Twiner, 83, of Meadville, who died Monday, Oct. 2, 2000, at her residence, will be at 2 p.m. today at Bunkley Baptist Church with the Revs. Mike Morris and Kenny Wilson officiating.
