MRS. SYLVIA RILEY
Mrs. Sylvia Riley, age 77, of 5008 Columbia street, succumbed last evening at the St. Joseph's hospital following a three-day illness. Mrs. Riley had been a resident of Vancouver for 6 years, coming to this city from Goldendale, Wash. She is survived here by her husband, Thomas; two sons, J. E. Riley of Goldendale, and A. R. Riley of California; two daughters, Mrs. Minnie Davis, Vancouver, and Mrs. Mary Smith of Baker, Oregon; and 16 grandchildren.
Funeral services are to be conducted at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the chapel of the C. A. Kirch and Sons mortuary, with Rev. R. Rees officiating. Interment will be at Goldendale.
