Info from contributor, Clifford Ocheltree: The reading of 1855 from the headstone is correct but not his actual birth year. The records section of the family Bible gives 24 FEB 1859. In addition his brother John Wesley COLLIER was born 7 MAR 1855. As they were not twins it is highly unlikely that 1855 is correct.
