Funeral arrangements for James Castle Green, 68, 303 Parnell street, West Monroe, were pending early Friday, but will be under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home.
Mr. Green, a retired employee of Olin Mathieson Corporation, died Thursday night at his home. He had been a resident of West Monroe for the past 37 years.
He was a member of the Highland Baptist Church in West Monroe and the Masonic Lodge No. 419, also in West Monroe.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Marie Green, West Monroe; two daughters, Miss Jimmie Marie Green, West Monroe, and Mrs. Doris Moss, Tucson, Ariz.; one brother, W. H. Green, West Monroe; and two grandchildren.
