BRYANT, Charlotte I. age 76, of Medway, passed away peacefully at her daughter's residence surrounded by her family on Tuesday October 19, 2010 after a lengthy battle with breast cancer. She was preceded in death by her son, Loy E, Jr in 2004; parents, Ernest & Elsie Poffenberger; brothers & sisters. Charlotte is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Loy E., Sr.; daughter & son-in-law, Cheryl A. & Jesse L. Arwood of New Carlisle; son & daughter-in-law, Larry E. & Debbie K. Bryant of Beavercreek; sisters, Mary Jane Sallee, Dorrie Hostens, & Virginia Emmons; brother, Don Poffenberger; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends; her furry companions, Lena, Toby & Smokey. Funeral service 10:30 AM Saturday October 23, 2010 at Marker & Heller Funeral Home, Huber Heights Chapel, 5844 Old Troy Pike. Interment Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday October 22, 2010 from 5-8 PM. If desired memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton or The Susan B. Komen Foundation in Charlotte's memory.
