"Albright"

Funeral services for John J. Albright, 82, of Beasley, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8, at Friedens United Church of Christ in Beasley.

Rev. Marvin Albright will be officiating. Burial will be in Cottonwood Cemetery. Mr. Albright died Aug. 5 in the Wharton Nursing Home after a lengthy illness.

Mr. Albright was born June 15, 1906 in Texas. He was the son of Frank Emil and Bertha (Nee: Schendel) Albright and a resident of Beasley since 1930. He was a retired painter and farmer and a member of the Friedens United Church of Christ in Beasley.

He is preceded in death by his wife Selma (Nee: Schuerer)on July 30, 1962.

He is survived by his sons, Rev. Marvin Albright of Sedalia, Mo., Harvey Albright of Houston and Donald Albright; a brother, Joe Schuerer of Beasley, 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Friedens United Church of Christ in Beasley. Memorials may be made to the Friedens United Church of Christ in Beasley. Funeral services are under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home.* * *
