SPRINGVILLE- Mrs. Madge Carter Gammell Groesbeck, 62, died Wednesday at her home in pringville after a long illness. Born May 7, 1898, Springville, to John S. and Zella Blackett Carter. Married to Ernest Gammell, 1915. He died, 1931. Married to Welby Groesbeck, Dec. 24, 1933, Springville. Member, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors: husband, Springville; son, daughters, Gary, Provo; Mrs. Max (Marjorie) Olsen, Mrs. Earl L. (Tess) Bowen, both Spanish Fork; Mrs. Clyn (Maxine) Seamons, Boise, Idaho; Mrs. Samuel (Dorothy) Allan, Salt Lake City; mother, Springville; 18 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; borhter, sister, R.W. Carter, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Dan Griggs, Tremonton. Funeral, Saturday, 1 p.m., Wheeler Mortuary, where friends call Friday, 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday prior. Burial Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
