Agnes D. Michaelsen, 95, formerly of Clinton, died Sunday, Oct. 23 at the Maquoketa Care Center.
Services will be Thursday, Oct. 27 at 10 a.m. at the Clinton Chapel of Snell Zornig Funeral Home. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26 at Snell Zornig.
The family asks that memorials be given to the care center.
Agnes D. Michaelsen was born July 4, 1888 in Charlotte to Herman and Katherine Boyens Schroeder. She married Chris Michaelsen on Feb. 14, 1912 in Charlotte. He died in 1971. They farmed in Goose Lake area until moving to Clinton.
One daughter, three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
