Maxine Bel CHRISTENSEN, was the #2. Child, 1st Dau of: Edwin CHRISTENSEN & Leona B. FLOWERS, of "Christensen Daires" Coin, Page Co., Iowa. She married on 20 Jun. 1938, Yuma, Arizona to Carlton Grahm BIERMANN. They had 3 Daughters born to this Union.
She was the Co-Author with me on the CHRISTENSEN Genealogy Family Profile©, Vol.1, Section 2, Chapters 1, 2 & 3; Self Published: Aug 24, 1994; 45pp She was Chairperson of the California - Page Co., Iowa Picnic Committee from Sep 17, 1984 to October 19, 1991, which I had the pleasure to be on her Committee. She was a tremendous person, she had a extradinary ability to make a person feel like you knew her for a long time. I am glad I was her friend, and she will be truly missed. Paul R. Sarrett, Jr.

BIERMANN, Maxine Bel, 94yrs, passed away November 23, 2010. Born Maxine Christensen on August 19,1916, in Clarinda, Iowa, Maxine was the daughter of Ed and Leone Christensen and the beloved wife of Carlton BIERMANN. Maxine lived and raised her children in Garden Grove. She was an active member of the community. Maxine is survived by her three daughters,
1. Judy (Biermann) PRICE & Reed,
2. Karen (Biermann) DISSMORE & Dean,
3. Barbara (Biermann) GLYNN & Jeff,
She also leaves six grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. Maxine was predeceased by baby great granddaughter, Ashley Lynn Dissmore. We know she is now at peace. A family graveside service will be held December 3, at Magnolia Memorial Park in Garden Grove.
