Marsha Jo Wallace, 62, of Williamstown, W.Va., died Dec. 15, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Ravenswood, W.Va., a daughter of Max and Gertrude (Klinkhammer) Brown.

She worked for District Photo in Washington, D.C. and was the author of several books. She was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church and enjoyed the outdoors, traveling and NASCAR.

She is survived by her mother; husband of 36 years, Jim Wallace; sister, Holly Snyder (Roger) and their family; her extended family the Wallaces; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, and a brother-in-law, William "Turp" Wallace.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Father Joseph Peterson as celebrant. Burial will be at Herndon Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with a Wake Service at 7:45 p.m.
