HANNA CITY - Mrs. Nellie Kay Blackburn, 90, Hanna City, died Saturday at 11:10 p.m. at her home.

She was born March 8, 1882, at Olean, Mo. She married Andy Blackburn on June 17, 1903, at California, Mo.

She had been a resident of the Hanna City area for the past 35 years, and was a member of Enon Baptist Church, Enon, Mo.

Surviving are her husband, five daughters, Mrs. Floyd Boltz, Jefferson City, Mo., Mrs. Henry Dissen, Springfield, and Mrs. Hershel Vernon, Mrs. Herbert Arney and Mrs. Jan Henry, all of Hanna City; a son, Lionel Blackburn, Kickapoo; a brother, Emil Morris in Missouri; a sister, Mrs. Bessie McBroom, Peoria, 14 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

Funeral will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Farmington. Rev. Richard Chrisman, pastor of Hanna United Methodist Church, will officiate. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Olean Cemetery, Olean, Mo. Visitation will be today from 4-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
