SSGT JOHN PAUL HARTMAN

S/Sgt. John P. Hartman, 33, killed in action near Mount Castellone, Italy, February 3, 1944, will be reburied in military services Wednesday.

Dr. Floyd Poe, retired pastor of the City Temple Presbyterian Church, will officiate at the services at 4 p. m. Wednesday at the Marrs-Mundy-Quill Funeral Home. Veterans of Foreign Wars and personnel from Hensley Field will conduct graveside rites in the Field of Honor at Restland Memorial Park.

Hartman was a member of the medical detachment, 142d Infantry, 36th Division. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bobby Ownby Hartman, 3109 Stanford Avenue; his parents, the Rev. and Mrs. J. T. Hartman, Phoenix, Arizona; three brothers, David Hartman, Phoenix, Dr. James M. Hartman, Garland, and Philip Hartman, Mesa, Arizona; two sisters, Mrs. Ralph Jennings, Kansas City, Kansas, and Elizabeth Hartman, Garland.
