Mesa was saddened by the sudden death of the wife of Mr. F. P. Drew. Mrs. Drew had been seriously ill the past few days and it was hoped and believed by all that she had recovered from an atrack of fever that had been preying upon her. Mrs. Drew was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Morse of Mesa, and had only been married about a year. The funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock today at the residence of Mrs. Charley Mullen, under the auspices of the Daughters of Rebekah, she being noble grand of the Mesa Lodge at the time of her death.
