His body was brought to Ireton Sunday afternoon and at 2:30 services were held in St. Paul’s Lutheran church here with Rev. H. W. Krieger in charge. Burial was in the Lutheran cemetery.

John H. Siebels was born in Germany October 14, 1879, and when he came to America he located in Plymouth county and later he came to Sioux county and he farmed here for many years. He was united in marriage with Anna Renken, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Renken, in September, 1910. She preceded him in death in January, 1929.

Three children survive this union. On February 28, 1932, he was married to Miss Gatha Braaks, daughter of Mrs. H. W. Braaks, who survives his passing. The children who survive him are Mrs. Viola Abraham, Miss Leona and son Jack, all of Wentworth. He is also survived by three sisters, Mrs. J. A.
