CASSADAGA - Charles L. "Chuck" Zink, 88, of Arkwright, died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010 at WCA Hospital, Jamestown.

Born October 16, 1922 son of the late George and Mary Montgomery Zink and a graduate of Allegany High School.

He owned and operated the Zink Dairy Farm in Arkwright. He also owned Woodside Campgrounds in Arkwright, where he enjoyed greeting people for the Saturday night dances.

Chuck was a member of the former Arkwright Grange and the Farm Bureau. He enjoyed spending winters with his wife Marjorie in Port Charlotte, FL, going to auctions and flea markets, especially the Springville Auction, square dancing and attending his grandchildren's sporting events.

Husband of 53 years to Marjorie Bower Zink, who he married July 10, 1957; father of Craig Zink of Fort Pierce, FL., David Zink, Susan (Paul) Mathers, Sallie (Dean) Nickerson all of Cassadaga and the late Raymond Zink (Jan. 22, 1999); grandfather of Erin Mathers of Fredonia, Michael and Cassandra Mathers, Kristi Zink, Denver, Dallas and Savannah Nickerson all of Cassadaga; great-grandfather of Mackenzie; brother of Richard (Frances) Zink of Allegany.
Funeral service Monday 11 a.m. in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville. Visitation Friday and Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. (No visitation Sunday). Burial in Burnham Hollow Cemetery, Arkwright.
