Shizuno M. Nakano: Shizuno Matsuura Nakano, 70, 802 W. 1st South, died Nov. 23 in a Salt Lake nursing home of natural causes. Born June 25, 1897, Kamo Gunn, Hiroshima, Japan. Married Tomoichi Nakano May 6, 1916, Seattle, Wash. He died May 26, 1952. Member Salt Lake Buddhist Church, Seicho-No-le, Hiroshima Kenjin Kai, Fujin Kai. Survivors: son, daughters: Tomi H., Roy, Weber County; Mrs. Steve (Midori) Hamada, Salt Lake City; Mrs Chris Nagata, San Francisco; Mrs. Kenneth (Teri) Otani, Kahului, Maui, Hawaii; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, sister, M. Matsuura, Hiroshima; Mrs. S. Sarashima, Euime, Japan. Funeral 7 p.m. Monday, 36 E. 7th South. Burial at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
