Former Carlsbad resident Merlee Hollebeke, 95, Pecos, Texas, died Thursday ( Feb. 13, 1992) at her home.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Carlsbad Cemetery. A Methodist minister will officiate.

Mrs. Hollebeke was born Nov. 27, 1896, and lived in the Pecos area for 70 years.

She married the late Dewey Hollebeke Oct. 23, 1923, in Carlsbad. They made their home in Culberson County. He preceded her in death in 1981.

No immediate family members survive.
