St. James newspaper, October 12, 1914 (Phelps Co, MO)
Mrs. Sarah A. Bradshaw, after an illness of two months, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lina Glenn [Caroline], near Vichy, Mo., Wednesday, Sept. 23 [1914], at 4:15 p.m. Senility was the cause of her death.
The deceased was born in Lawrence Co., Tenn, Aug. 12, 1845. At the time of death was aged 69 years, 1 month and 11 days The deceased was survived by five children namely: Luther, Charles and William Emerson, Mrs. Lina Glenn and Mrs. [Fannie] Clementine Hill. Her father was born in Scotland and her mother in England. Both are buried in Pulaski county, Mo. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Whitaker from the residence of her son-in-law, F. M. Glenn. Interment occurred at the Rock Spring cemetery Friday, Sept. 25, at 3:30 p.m. (From contributor, Judy Moore)
