"Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Pinkerton, eighty-seven, widow of Neilson W. Pinkerton, 13 W. Gramby St., Manheim, died at 4:30 p. m. Monday at the Heller Rest Home, Mount Joy, after an illness (colon cancer) of eight months. Her husband died suddenly in 1935.
Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late John and Barbara Seile Sachs, and was a member of St. Paul's Reformed Church.
Surviving are three sons: Albert W. and Paul E. Pinkerton both of Manheim; and Neilson H. Pinkerton, Hi-Nella, NJ. Nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive."
