Mr. McKim was a resident of Salina since 1942 and was an electronic engineer. He worked for Salina Supply for 10 years and owned Electronics Inc. for 25 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Kiwanis and the Chamber of Commerce. He was an amateur radio operator and was a member of several amateur radio organizations.
Survivors included his wife, Dolores; two daughters, Carol Ina Abercrombie and Kathy Melander; two sisters, Ina Lou Bond and Leah Ellis; five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
