June D. Jore, 82, died Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Luther Memorial Home, Mayville, ND.

June Delores (Skrivseth) Jore was born June 1, 1928 to Alfred and Julia (Knudsvig) Skrivseth on their farm south of Buxton, ND. She attended Wold School #1 through eighth grade.

She married Ole D. Jore of Buxton on December 19, 1946 in Fargo, ND. Most of their married life they lived in Grand Forks and various nearby towns. Ole passed away July 2, 1995. After he passed away, June lived in Grand Forks until the flood of 1997. Then she moved to Mayville, and later to Hillsboro. For the last eight years she has resided at Luther Memorial Home.

June is survived by one brother, Howard (Bernice) Skrivseth; niece, Julie (Zachary) Paintner and their children, Madison, Christopher, Noah and Jacob Paintner all of West Fargo, ND.

June was preceded in death by her husband, Ole; her parents and an older sister who died in infancy.

Funeral Services: Wednesday, December 15, 2010, 2:00 P.M. at Luther Memorial Home, Mayville, ND.

Visitation and Viewing: Wednesday, December 15, 2010, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Luther Memorial Home.

Burial: Immanuel Lutheran Cemetry near Buxton, ND.
