Death has again invaded the village of Logan and Crawford Cornwell, brother of Dade Cornwell, of this city succumbed to a ten days' attack of pneumonia and died at 8:30 o'clock this morning. His age was about 56 years.

About two weeks ago, his son, Claude Cornwell, was stricken with this fatal malady, and his son, Earl and himself ministered to the afflicted one until the latter's death, when both father and son were stricken with the same malady. The father, Crawford Cornwell, yielded up his life to the malady, this morning, at the hour above stated, while the son it is thought cannot recover, as he is suffering from hemorrhages of the lungs.

Crawford Cornwell is survived by his brother, Dode Cornwell, and his sick son and two daughters--Mrs. T. H. Barekman, of Paris; Mrs. Herman Mason of Louisville, Clay county, Illinois, who is said to be sick and unable to attend the funeral. He has also a son, Edgar Cornwell, living in Turns.

Crawford Cornwell is well known in this city, having been an employee of the Propst Lumber Company. He also resided at Kansas a number of years and more recently lived in Danville. Wherever he lived, he was very popular and greatly esteemed by his acquaintances and loved by his intimate friends, who will mourn his untimely demise.

Arrangements for the funeral have not been perfected, as yet, but it is known that it will be at Pleasant Hill church, south of Grandview at 1 o'clock on Monday afternoon. The services will probably be conducted by the pastor of the Grandview M. E. church.
