Simeon E. Spake, 94, a resident of Williams County many years, died Saturday in Alvorton at the Masters Rest Haven, where he had been a patient 3 1/2 years.
Surviving are four sons, Charles and Noel, Elkhart, Ind.; Ellsworth, Hamilton, Ind., and Franklin in California; two daughters, Mrs. George Wilson, South Bend, Ind., and Mrs. Ileene Nighswander, Toledo.
Services were held Tuesday in the Krill Funeral Home here with Rev. Lester Paul Taylor officiating. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery.
He was married to Frances Iona Hissong on Nov. 29, 1884 in Williams Co., Ohio. They had the following 9 children:
