Mr. Jeffrey David Woodard, 46, passed away at St. Vincent's Blount Hospital on June 11, 2010. Mr. Woodard was a disabled carpenter. He was member of Royal Community Church.
Mr. Woodard was preceded in death by his father, Jesse William Woodard.
Mr. Woodard is survived by his mother, Dorothy Woodard Calvert; brothers, Willis Wayne Woodard (Jennifer) and Danny Eugene Woodard (Donna Finley); sister, Betty Green (Benny); nephews; nieces; great nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be on Sunday, June 13, 2010 at 2 p.m. from the graveside at Liberty Hill Cemetery. Bro. Bradley Tidwell and Charles Woodard will officiate with Lemley Funeral Home directing.
