Tammy Jo Sharp, age 45, of Valley Head, died Sunday, November 28, 2010, at home.

Born January 7, 1965, at Elkins, she was a daughter of the late Earl Icen Sharp and Shirley Jean Tracey Sharp.

Tammy was a graduate of Tygart Valley High School in the class of 1984. She attended the Assembly of God Church in Marlinton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother-in-law, Gene Simmons.

She is survived by two brothers, Ricky Sharp, and wife, Frances, of Fairmont, Rocky Sharp, and wife, Betty, of Valley Head; two sisters, Dreama Simmons, of Marlinton, and Jodie See, and husband, Jeffrey, of Valley Head; several nieces and nephews; one great niece and two great nephews.

Funeral service was Thursday, December 2, 2010 at the Tomblyn Funeral Chapel in Elkins with Pastor Ernest Smith officiating. Interment was in the Mingo Cemetery.
