Theodore E. Tousley, brother of Mrs. Clara Scott and brother-in-law of Mrs. R. J. Tousley, passed away at his home in West Chicago at 11 o'clock yesterday. The funeral will be at 2 o'clock tomorrow.

The deceased was probably known to nearly every railroad man on the Galena Division of the Northwestern who ever had business at West Chicago as Mr. Tousley was ticket agent for the C. & N. W. company there for over twenty years. He retired from active work two years ago on account of failing health. From a man of 250 pounds weight he wasted away to a little over one hundred pounds before the end came. The deceased leaves a widow and one son, Lewis [sic, recte Louis], who is one of the ticket sellers at the Wells Street station in Chicago and is 23 years of age.

Mrs. Scott went to West Chicago yesterday but did not arrive until fifteen minutes after her brother had passed away.

H. F. Tousley and Dr. Charles Scott are nephews and Miss May Scott a niece of the deceased.
