Major League Baseball Player. Played Major League baseball as a pitcher for four seasons (1989 to 1992) with the Cleveland Indians. Eventually becoming their top closer, he was killed instantly in a boating accident at Little Lake Nellie, Florida, on an off-day from spring training with teammates Tim Crews (who also died) and Bob Ojeda (who survived).
